goals for the new year let’s talk about mental health today

My readers it’s a new year so let’s set some goals we can implement to improve our mental health.I will briefly share my story with you with my own struggles.For years as a adult I been aware for quite some time I am different and unique when it comes to how I think,reason and remember things which makes it more difficult than others .I don’t have a formal diagnosis of my issues but my symptoms do resemble adhd or executive function disorder or perhaps autism of some kind.In the end whatever I have it makes adulting more challenging for me compared to my other peers and this makes me sad sometimes and I do suffer from chronic anxiety which further makes life more complicated .What about you my readers what kind of mental health issues afflict you and make life harder for you ?Please share your story with me would love to hear it .Lets talk briefly about some goals we can set for this year to improve our mental health and strive to reach them.A important goal we can set is to practice gratitude and be grateful for all the blessings we have in our life and not dwell on negative hurtful things that weigh us down.We need to remind ourselves that we are worthy of love regardless how the world treats us .Another goal to set is to raise awareness and talk about the many types of mental disorders and disabilities out there and become educated ourselves so we can spread this to others.There is still so much ignorance out there about mental health even in 2025 and let’s strive to change that and help people become more educated about it.One more important goal to set is to practice yoga mediation exercises to calm our anxieties down regularly or if we are religious pray to god often for a calm heart which is very helpful.I hope this post will help you in some way and motivate you to make this year a better one.Wishing you a great mental health day ❤️.The Mentalist for 2025
